Theo đại diện Trung tâm cứu hộ động vật hoang dã Hà Nội, 60 loài động vật hoang dã quý hiếm được thả lần này thuộc 17 loài. Tất cả các cá thể đều có sức khỏe tốt và đủ điều kiện để thả về tự nhiên.

Đây là loài động vật rừng nguy cấp, quý hiếm được liệt kê theo pháp luật Việt Nam. Chúng cũng là loài đang đứng trước nguy cơ tuyệt chủng và bị nghiêm cấm khai thác, sử dụng vào mục đích thương mại.

Sau khi hoàn tất quá trình thả nhiều loài động vật quý hiếm về môi trường tự nhiên, Trung tâm cứu hộ động vật hoang dã Hà Nội đề nghị Ban Quản lý Khu bảo tồn thiên nhiên Yaso tiếp tục quản lý, bảo vệ các cá thể động vật hoang dã nêu trên.
