Bộ trưởng Ngoại giao Philippines cho rằng, trong bối cảnh tình hình hòa bình mong manh hiện nay, hợp tác đã trở thành nhu cầu chiến lược và không còn là một lựa chọn. ASEAN cần đoàn kết, hợp tác và làm việc với các đối tác để cùng duy trì hòa bình lâu dài trong và ngoài khu vực.
